The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is not currently available for orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, or any other country unless expressly stated otherwise by Tradesman Nutrition.

A 90-day supply means either the 90-day option purchased in one order, or a subscription that delivers consecutive qualifying orders covering the full 90 days.

A single box on its own is not enough product to complete the guarantee within the timeframe allocated.

If you choose to qualify through consecutive subscription orders, you must purchase and receive enough eligible subscription orders to complete the required 90-day supply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancelling before purchasing and receiving the full qualifying 90-day supply may make you ineligible for this guarantee.

The promise

Buy a qualifying 90-day supply, take the covered products every day as directed, activate your guarantee by submitting your before video within the required timeframe, and complete the starting and finishing weigh-ins described below.

If your finishing weight is the same as or higher than your starting weight, we'll refund what you paid for the covered products.

  • Covered products means Shred, Meal Replacement Shake, and the eligible products included in the Guaranteed Weight Loss Stack, where applicable to your country and Order.

  • Recommended times means the serving directions printed on the label and shown on the Product page. For the Meal Replacement Shake, that's swapping 1–2 meals per day with the shake. For Shred, that's taking 1 stick pack per day in the morning.

  • Day 1 is the day you film your qualifying starting weigh-in and take your first serve.

  • Day 90 is 89 days after Day 1.

  • Starting weight and finishing weight mean the weight clearly shown on the scales in your qualifying starting and finishing videos.

Who can claim

To qualify:

  • You must have purchased the qualifying Products directly through an eligible Tradesman Nutrition Website.

  • You must be the original purchaser.

  • You must be the person shown in both weigh-in videos.

  • You must activate the guarantee by completing the Tradesman Nutrition Money-Back Guarantee registration process and submitting your qualifying before video within the required timeframe.

  • You may claim this guarantee once only. One claim per customer.

  • The guarantee is only available on qualifying Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

  • Your Order must contain or, through consecutive qualifying subscription Orders, provide the full eligible 90-day supply required under this guarantee.

The conditions

1. Submit your before video within 7 days of delivery to activate your guarantee

To activate your Tradesman Nutrition 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must complete the Money-Back Guarantee registration form and submit your before video within 7 days of your Order being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Your registration must be completed using the details associated with your qualifying Order.

Your submitted before video will serve as your official starting weigh-in for the guarantee.

You must film your starting weigh-in before taking your first serve of the covered Products.

You MUST be able to clearly show us the date and time associated with your original before video.

The starting weigh-in must be:

  • one continuous video with no cuts;

  • filmed before you take your first serve;

  • submitted through the Money-Back Guarantee registration process within 7 days of the carrier marking your qualifying Order as delivered;

  • filmed with you fully visible in frame;

  • filmed with you as the only person on the scales;

  • clear enough for the number on the scales and the unit of measurement to be readable;

  • filmed first thing in the morning before eating or drinking;

  • filmed in light clothing with no shoes; and

  • performed on scales placed on hard flooring.

A photo of the scales will not be accepted.

The video submitted must be the original, unedited file.

The original recording date and time must remain available and associated with the video.

If the original video does not have verifiable date and time information associated with it, the claim may not be accepted.

Shirtless and in underwear is acceptable, but DO NOT SUBMIT any video containing full nudity.

If you do not submit your before video within 7 days of your Order being marked as delivered, your Money-Back Guarantee will not be activated and the Order will not qualify for a claim under this guarantee.

2. Take the products every day as directed for the full 90 days

You must use the covered Products every day in accordance with the serving directions printed on the Product label and shown on the applicable Product page.

For the Meal Replacement Shake, this means replacing 1–2 meals per day with the shake as directed.

For Shred, this means taking 1 stick pack per day in the morning as directed.

You must continue using the covered Products as directed for the full 90-day guarantee period.

3. Film your finishing weigh-in on Day 90

You must film your finishing weigh-in on Day 90.

The same general weigh-in rules apply to your finishing video.

The finishing weigh-in must be:

  • one continuous video with no cuts;

  • filmed with you fully visible in frame;

  • filmed with you as the only person on the scales;

  • clear enough for your weight and unit of measurement to be readable;

  • filmed first thing in the morning before eating or drinking;

  • completed using the same scales as your starting weigh-in;

  • completed with the scales in the same location; and

  • completed while wearing the same type of clothing worn in your starting video.

You must save the original finishing video file.

The original recording date and time must remain available and associated with the video.

The finishing video must be submitted as the original, unedited file when making your claim.

How to claim

Email support@tradesmannutrition.com within 100 days of the carrier marking your first qualifying Order as delivered.

Include:

  • your Order number; and

  • your finishing video as the original, unedited file.

Your starting video will already have been submitted when you activated your Money-Back Guarantee.

We may ask you to re-submit your original starting video if necessary to verify your claim.

The 100-day deadline covers the full process. It gives you time after your first qualifying Order arrives to activate the guarantee, complete the full 90 days of use, film your finishing weigh-in, and submit your claim.

The 100-day period begins when the carrier marks your first qualifying Order as delivered, not when you place the Order.

If you're completing the 90-day supply through consecutive subscription Orders, the 100-day period begins from your first qualifying delivery, not your most recent delivery.

We'll review your claim within 5 business days.

If your claim meets all conditions of this guarantee, we'll refund the price you paid for the covered Products to your original payment method.

If your Order included Products that are not covered by this guarantee, only the covered Products will be refunded.

If you purchased your qualifying 90-day supply through consecutive subscription Orders, we will refund the qualifying Products from the subscription Orders that formed part of that eligible 90-day supply.

What voids a claim

A claim may be rejected if:

  • you did not complete the Tradesman Nutrition Money-Back Guarantee registration process;

  • you did not submit your qualifying before video within 7 days of your Order being marked as delivered;

  • your registration details do not reasonably match the qualifying Order or claimant;

  • your before video was filmed after you began taking the covered Products;

  • footage has been edited, cut, filtered, altered, or manipulated in any way;

  • the original footage does not have verifiable date and time information associated with it;

  • either weigh-in does not follow the requirements above;

  • different scales are used for the starting and finishing weigh-ins;

  • a different person appears in the starting and finishing videos;

  • you did not purchase the full qualifying 90-day supply;

  • you did not use the covered Products as directed for the required 90-day period;

  • your finishing weigh-in was not filmed on Day 90; or

  • you miss any applicable deadline stated on this page.

Your videos and your privacy

Your weigh-in videos and information submitted through the Money-Back Guarantee registration process are used for the purpose of administering and assessing your guarantee claim.

They will be stored securely and accessed only by team members who require access to administer or review guarantee claims.

We will never use your weigh-in videos in advertising or marketing without your separate written permission.
